A New Twist On Puzzles With Tiny Puzzle Italy
Even though my daughter is a huge puzzle fan, I am not. I get too frustrated and we all know how almost 4 year olds happen to “lose” pieces making it impossible to actually finish a real life puzzle. When I was contact to review Tiny Puzzle Italy, I figured it would be something she would enjoy. I was wrong. I actually became a bit addicted to it!
Tiny Puzzle Italy isn’t a jigsaw puzzle on the iPad and iPhone. It is a picture, blown apart in multiple square pieces that you need to put back together. Putting back together is the fun part! No need to tap the screen to move pieces around, just tilt your iPad to move the pieces. Sounds easy, right?
Well, it is at first. The first picture and level is only 12 pieces. Each level increases the amount of pieces and makes each piece slightly smaller. Now, when you get to level 24 you end up getting over 2,800 pieces. Yikes! Because it starts off so easy, I think the challenge slowly builds and makes you WANT to continue to see if you can do it. I haven’t gotten to level 24 yet, because my daughter does like it too. I just don’t like her tilting, jumping and hitting my iPad out of frustration! Which means, I can only play it when she isn’t around (or sleeping!)

Did I forget to mention that you can add your own photos? Great fun for the kids to put back together their faces or those of their family! Because the app uses the accelerometer of the iPad and iPhone, there is a setting within the app that allows you to recalibrate it. This is something I’m VERY thankful for since my iPad doesn’t seem to be calibrated enough in my opinion!
**Version 2.0 has just been released. You can now share pictures with other Tiny Puzzle Players. Upload your pictures or download others. Never a chance to let this game get boring!**
