Education.com: Free Worksheets, Activities, And Much More

If you are like me and take a pretty big interest in the education of your children, you should know about Education.com.  This website not only offers free printable worksheets for all ages and activities for them as well, it has a community-type feel to it as well.

Activities and worksheets are filtered by grade (Preschool thru 5th grade, middle school and high school) and then you can filter more by choosing a topic you want to focus on.  One of the best things I found on this is that you can create your own collections.  If you find an activity you think your child might like to do (but not today) you can save the activity in a customized collection.  It’s kind of like your own folder within education.com.

Everything on the site is free.  In addition to finding activities and worksheets for your child, you’ll be able to read informative articles on education and parenting, use the school locator to find schools in your area, and ask/answer questions within the community of parents and educators.

Education.com is definitely THE place that I go to now on a daily basis.  My four year old is always looking for ‘something’ to do during the summer and I can always find something different or new for her here.

My only comment on the site that I saw lacking where the activity pictures.  The pictures associated with the activities are sometimes too small and there isn’t a way to enlarge them.  I’d love to see some of the activities closer up, or even be able to share pictures of how we did the activity.
