Find Fun Activities For Children Using Fun Finder By Education.com

Back in the first week of August, I mentioned Education.com’s incredible (free) resources.  If you are looking for worksheets, activities, or trying to find a new school, Education.com can help you!  I was just informed that they just released an app for iPhone and iPad called Fun Finder!

Simply scroll to your child’s school grade (pre K to 5th grade) and then select the type of activity you are looking for (writing, science, games, arts and crafts, etc) then click on Get Activities!  That’s it!  You will then be presented with a ton of different activities you can choose from.  You can also just type in keywords into the search field if you are looking for something more specific.

One of the best features of this app, is the ability to add supplies associated to an activity to your supply list!  When you view your supply list, your list will be organized by supplies needed for each individual activity.  I love it!

You can also create profiles for each of your children which will allow you to save activities for one child, but not the other –more organization!  If you aren’t in the mood to sort through some of the activities, you can view the Featured activities.  These are the activities that Education.com editors hand selected, so you know they are good!
