Marble Math Lite: Multiplication (iPad) Is A Fun, Free Way To Practice Multiplication Skills

Artgig Studio is at it again.  Marble Math Lite: Mulitplication (iPad Only)  is the latest addition to their Marble Math series.  It combines lots of fun and tons of practice for ages six and older.  Previous releases include Marble Math and Marble Math Jr.  If you have an older child that needs to practice their multiplication skills, check out Marble Math Lite: Multiplication, it’s free!

When the game starts, children are asked some type of multiplication question.  The player needs to maneuver a marble through a maze selecting the numbers that answer the question asked.  When they select the correct numbers, the rest of the numbers disappear and the player moves the marble to the exit hole.  As the levels progress, more obstacles are thrown in the way (banana peel, ghost, etc.)

If the player chooses the wrong answer, they then have the option to replay that level so that they can select the correct answer.  If they can’t figure out the problem, instead of trying it again, they can have the app show them the answer.  The best part of Marble Math Lite: Multiplication and the other Marble Math apps is that you can customize what types of questions are asked.  For example, if your child has only learned to multiply by 1′s and 2′s, you can limit the questions to just 1′s and 2′s.  Definitely a great way to practice what they have learned.

Along the way, children will be able to earn rewards for getting correct answers.  After so many correct answers they will be given a new marble which they can choose to use or put away for later.  Artgig Studio has definitely tapped into mixing educational material with fun game play in a beautifully designed app for the iPad.
